# Privacy Policy
Flare Custom, a brand of the company OLB Sports OOD, attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and what your rights are, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller is the company OLB Sports OOD (ОЕЛБИ СПОРТС ООД), whose registered office is located at ul. Todor Hadzhistanchev 1, 1404 Sofia, Bulgaria (EIK 208208044), operating the Flare Custom brand. For any question relating to your data: devis@flare-custom.com.
We collect the data you send us and the data needed to handle your project, in particular: your contact details (name, email and, where applicable, delivery address and business details), information relating to your enquiry or order, the files and material you provide, and technical browsing data (see the page cookies).
The purposes include: responding to your enquiries and preparing quotes, processing and tracking your orders, managing customer relations and after-sales service, meeting our legal and accounting obligations, and, where applicable, sending you information if you have consented to it. The legal basis is, depending on the case, performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest or your consent.
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then in accordance with the applicable legal periods. As a guide, data relating to an order is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for the period required by legal and accounting obligations (generally several years). After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your data is not sold. It may be shared with the providers strictly necessary to process your order, and only as far as they need it: in particular the payment provider (for payment) and the carrier (for delivery). It may also be disclosed to the authorities where the law requires it. Our providers are required to ensure a level of protection that complies with the regulations.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have, in particular, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
