Once your design is approved and produced, it stays available to you: you reorder in the same design at any time, from a single piece. A new recruit joins mid-season? You just order their kit, without rerunning the whole batch. That's the whole advantage of nearby, made-to-order manufacturing.
The design itself is reproduced exactly. On colour, very slight variations in shade can occur between two production runs spread over time (different fabric and ink batches) — that is inherent to textiles. For strict colour consistency on a large volume, it is best to group the order into a single batch. See durability.
