By Olivier, project lead at Flare Custom · Updated June 2026. Image generators (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and the rest) let anyone produce a stunning jersey visual in seconds. The real question is: how do you go from that image to a jersey that is actually manufactured and wearable? That is exactly what Flare Custom does — a European brand of custom sportswear made in Bulgaria (EU): turning an idea, even one generated by an AI, into a sublimated kit, from a single piece.
No, and this is the point many people miss. An AI image is a pixel render, often in screen colours, with no vector file, and sometimes with inconsistencies (impossible textures, blurry details, patterns that don't tile properly). As it is, it cannot be used for clean sublimation. Our studio recreates it in vector: it rebuilds the design cleanly, adjusts the colours to the process, and adapts it to the constraints of the fabric and seams. You keep the spirit of your visual, in a genuinely printable version.
The route is simple: you start from an idea (a prompt, a mood, some colours); you build it in the AI-powered 3D configurator or send us your AI visual; our design studio redraws it in vector; you approve a proof; we run the sublimation; your kit is delivered. At no point are you stuck between the idea and the product.
All of them. We work just as happily from Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion or any other model. What matters is not the tool but what our studio does with the output. The full picture is on the AI design hub.
Redrawing an AI visual in vector falls under a design fee, set by the complexity of the design (gradients, illustration, level of detail). It is not a simple "reformatting": an AI cannot fill in a production template on its own — only a graphic designer can. The exact figure appears on your tailored quote — see pricing and the design studio.
You remain responsible for the rights to any visual you supply, AI-generated ones included. To reproduce a logo, trademark or emblem you do not own, a signed declaration of responsibility is required before production — we do not refuse outright, we put a framework around it.
