Sur une équipe première, le short encaisse les crochets à pleine vitesse, les mêlées enfoncées et les rucks au sol. La version PRO répond par une construction anatomique à 6 panneaux : au lieu de deux grandes pièces, six panneaux préforment la jambe pour épouser cuisse et fessier. Résultat, le short ne tourne pas, ne baille pas à la ceinture et suit l'appui au plus près, match après match. C'est le cran au-dessus du short 2 panneaux.
In a first team, the shorts take sidesteps at full speed, driven scrums and rucks on the ground. The PRO version answers with an anatomical 6-panel construction: instead of two large pieces, six panels pre-shape the leg to hug the thigh and seat. As a result, the shorts do not twist, do not gape at the waist and follow your footing closely, match after match. It is a step up from the 2-panel shorts.

The spandex panels at the sides free the stride in running phases and changes of footing, while ventilating the thigh when the temperature rises. The stretch fabric follows the spread without ever restricting or pulling on the seams — a real gain in freedom over fully rigid shorts. It is also why this model has no pockets: at the sides they would cut through the stretch panels and give an opponent something to grab — competition shorts leave nothing sticking out.
