The journey unfolds in five stages. First, you get a quote based on your project, or you build your kit in the 3D configurator. Next, you approve the quote and pay for your order. We then prepare a proof (BAT) that shows you the exact result. After you approve the proof, manufacturing starts, in sublimation, in Europe. Finally, your order is shipped with tracking. This sequence guarantees that no piece is produced before your approval.
Payment is made at the time of ordering, once the quote is approved, and is completed online securely — by bank card or bank transfer. It is this confirmation that triggers the preparation of the proof. For large negotiated projects, specific terms can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Payment, quote approval and tracking all happen in the same place, on our platform.
Everything is centralised in your online account. After your request, you receive a personal login link by email, followed by your credentials (remember to check your spam folder). From this account, you approve the quote, pay for your order, approve the proof, and follow the progress of production. This single platform avoids back-and-forth and gives you a clear view at every step.
The proof is the faithful preview of your kit before production: colours, design, logo placement, names and numbers. You check it and approve it. Until it is approved, production is not launched — it is your safeguard against any error. Adjustments are possible at this stage before printing begins, so the result matches exactly what you expect.
Manufacturing starts when the proof is approved, with a standard turnaround of 2 to 4 weeks, or 72 hours to 2 weeks on express depending on the product and workshop load.
