Payment by card via Stripe or by bank transfer; above €8,000 excl. VAT, bank transfer is mandatory. Nothing is produced before your written approval of the proof.
The proof, with 2 to 3 rounds of changes included depending on the design package, exists precisely for that. For a large project, a prototype is possible: 50% refunded from 10 pieces ordered afterwards, 100% beyond 100 pieces.
The stated lead time is 2 to 4 weeks after proof approval, 4 weeks on average depending on workshop load. For a fixed date, an express option is possible on request, from 72 hours to 2 weeks depending on the product and quantity.
Quote, proof, production and shipping are tracked in your customer area, and DHL or FedEx delivery is tracked to the door.
Your files are kept: reorders from 1 piece, identical, without redoing the design or paying again for artwork.
