Our conviction is simple: custom sportswear should have neither a minimum order nor a technical barrier between the idea and the product. Flare Custom, a European brand made in Bulgaria (EU), turns any idea — including one generated by artificial intelligence — into real equipment, in full sublimation, from the very first piece. Here is what we stand for, and how we do it.
Most kit suppliers require bulk orders: that is their industrial constraint, not your need. We produce from 1 piece, with no quota. A single jersey to try it out, or a club's entire squad: same quality, same design freedom, same process. Customisation is no longer a privilege reserved for big runs. See small quantities.
AI can imagine a jersey. Only a human hand can make it genuinely printable. That is our position: we never leave anyone stranded at the file stage. You do not need to be a designer — we bridge the gap between your idea and kit that can actually be made. See AI design → jersey.
Our signature is a three-step process we call the Flare Method.
1. Idea. Anything becomes a starting point: building in our AI-powered 3D configurator, sending us an AI-generated visual, a sketch, a brief, or entrusting the design to our studio. 2. Vector. Our studio recreates your idea as a clean vector file — the only format truly usable for sublimation. An AI cannot produce this file; a graphic designer can. It is the step no one sees, and the one that changes everything. 3. Fibre. Full sublimation: the design enters the polyester fibre, across the whole surface, with no added thickness or cracking. Made in Bulgaria (EU), from a single piece.
Whatever your starting point, you approve a proof before manufacturing. See our design studio and sublimation.
Unlimited colours, edge-to-edge patterns, logo, sponsors, names and numbers — with no extra cost per colour. The design is built into the fibre: long-lasting, never flaking. The technique no longer limits you; your idea leads. See sublimation.
We manufacture in Bulgaria, within the European Union. Producing close to home means quality we control, traceability, short lead times in the heart of Europe, and the real ability to run small series from 1 piece. A genuine production site we are happy to name, serving European customers. See European manufacturing.
Every piece is made after the order, with no stock held in advance. This model avoids overproduction and unsold goods, and makes white label possible: producing at the pace of your sales, with no capital tied up. See made to order.
A project involving a third-party logo or trademark? We put a framework around it rather than refusing on principle: a declaration of responsibility confirms you hold the necessary permissions. And we are happy to suggest original alternatives that respect those rights. See logos & sponsors.
Clubs and associations, agencies and companies, creators and esports teams, brands and resellers, individuals and life's big occasions. The promise is the same for all: turn an idea into real kit, with no minimum and European quality. See our solutions and about Flare Custom.

OLB Sports OOD, a company under Bulgarian law established in the European Union, which designs and manufactures in its own workshop. Full legal details and contact information in the footer.
Payment by card via Stripe or by bank transfer; above €8,000 excl. VAT, bank transfer is mandatory. Nothing is produced before your written approval of the proof.
The proof, with 2 to 3 rounds of changes included depending on the design package, exists precisely for that. For a large project, a prototype is possible: 50% refunded from 10 pieces ordered afterwards, 100% beyond 100 pieces.
The stated lead time is 2 to 4 weeks after proof approval, 4 weeks on average depending on workshop load. For a fixed date, an express option is possible on request, from 72 hours to 2 weeks depending on the product and quantity.
Quote, proof, production and shipping are tracked in your customer area, and DHL or FedEx delivery is tracked to the door.
Your files are kept: reorders from 1 piece, identical, without redoing the design or paying again for artwork.
