Not for custom products. The applicable regulations provide that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Because our products are custom-made from your approved proof, they fall under this exception: they cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal for a simple change of mind.
Because a custom product is unique: it is designed and made specifically for you, based on your design, your colours, your names and numbers. It cannot be put back into stock or resold to another customer. This exclusion, provided for by law, is the counterpart to the fully custom nature of your order.
