As a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If pieces are genuinely not in line with the approved proof, we take them back. The full terms are set out in our garantie & retours and our CGV.
Yes. Sublimation has normal tolerances (slight variations in shade, placement and dimensions, and pattern matching across sewn panels). We state them clearly rather than promising the impossible: that is what avoids nasty surprises. The detail is in our CGV.
