The facts, verified

Minimum order: None: we produce from 1 piece, with no stock and no imposed quantity.
Production time: 2 to 4 weeks after proof approval, 4 weeks on average depending on the workshop schedule.
Express: Production from 72 h then delivery in 48 h, on jerseys, t-shirts, classic shorts, rashguards and polos.
Proof: Sent within 24 to 48 h, 3 rounds of changes included. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
Delivery: 6 working days across Europe, by tracked DHL.
Manufacturing: Full sublimation in our workshop in Bulgaria, within the European Union. Flare Custom is the brand of OLB Sports OOD.

Pourquoi une combinaison plutôt que deux pièces ?

Why a one-piece rather than separates?

Rien ne remonte, rien ne flotte : la combinaison supprime l'interface maillot/cuissard, gagne en aéro et laisse le design courir d'une seule traite de l'épaule à la cuisse. C'est la tenue des chronos, du triathlon et de la descente.

Nothing rides up, nothing flaps: a one-piece removes the jersey/shorts interface, gains aero and lets the design run uninterrupted from shoulder to thigh. It's the choice for time trials, triathlon and downhill.

Trisuit, road suit or kayak suit: what's the difference?

Le trisuit a une peau de chamois fine qui sèche vite (natation → vélo → course) ; la combinaison route une chamois plus épaisse et des manches aéro ; la version kayak-aviron privilégie la liberté d'épaules avec un zip frontal. Chaque fiche précise sa chamois et son zip.

The trisuit has a thin fast-drying chamois (swim → bike → run); the road suit a thicker chamois and aero sleeves; the kayak-rowing version favours shoulder freedom with a front zip. Each product page states its chamois and zip.
