Full sublimation places no limit on patterns. Flare Custom, a European brand of custom sportswear made in Bulgaria (EU), prints any pattern across the entire surface of the garment — edge to edge, with no added thickness — from a single piece. Here's what's possible when it comes to patterns.
Practically all of them: stripes, chevrons, gradients, camouflage, geometric patterns, material effects, all-over illustrations, textured backgrounds, marbling… Sublimation covers the entire jersey, where other techniques are limited to specific zones. You can combine a background pattern with your logo, your colours and your numbers.
Yes. Gradients and all-over prints are among the strengths of sublimation: colour transitions are smooth and the pattern extends across the whole garment. For the best result, we work in CMYK or Pantone — see colours & Pantone.
It's possible, with an honest technical caveat: a jersey is assembled from cut and sewn panels, so perfect alignment of a pattern from one panel to the next (front/back/sleeves) isn't guaranteed to the millimetre. We design it as best we can, and the proof shows you the result before production.
Three ways: build it in the AI-powered 3D configurator, start from an AI-generated visual that our studio design redraws as a vector, or hand the design over entirely to the studio. You approve a proof before manufacturing, from a single piece.
From idea to jersey made in Europe — from 1 piece. You approve a proof before production.
