Unit prices fall as quantities rise, and customisation is always included — no extra charge per colour, per name or per number. Beyond the tiers published on our pricing page, we issue a tailored quote for your volumes, product by product, so a kit of 300 polos and 900 tees is priced on its real quantities rather than an average. A large order is rarely uniform. Products, sizes and men's/women's cuts can be mixed within a single order, then broken down by department, site or subsidiary. We provide a size guide and a simple method for collecting sizes across a large headcount without mistakes. See group orders.
We work from what your brand book already defines: Pantone or CMYK colour references, vector logos, and your own templates. Full sublimation prints the design into the fibre with an unlimited number of colours at no extra cost, so gradients, edge-to-edge patterns and complex logos do not have to be simplified to fit a printing technique.
Nothing is produced before you say so. We send a proof — the BAT — showing the garment as it will be made: placement, colours, logos, names and numbers. You circulate it internally, ask for changes if needed, and production only starts once it is approved. Manufacturing then takes 2 to 4 weeks; see lead times.
Sublimation, garment making and quality control all happen in our own workshop in Bulgaria, within the European Union — not through a chain of subcontractors on the other side of the world. Your designs are kept on file. A new hire, a new site, a second wave for an event: you reorder the same design at any time, from a single piece, without redoing the artwork. The design is identical; slight shade variations remain possible between production runs, as with any textile print. See restocking.

Three routes are available, and they are not equivalent once you know what you are after. Resellers and promotional-goods suppliers buy ready-made garments and add a marking on top: fast and inexpensive in small quantities, but the choice is limited to whatever is in stock and an applied marking ages badly. Online customisation platforms suit simple short runs, with quick turnarounds and little support. Manufacturers working direct, finally, produce the garment for you: the design is part of the fabric itself, the cut and the colours are unrestricted, and the pricing becomes attractive from a few dozen pieces upwards.
For a company, four criteria usually settle it. Brand-guideline compliance first: with full sublimation the colours are unlimited and a Pantone reference is reproduced exactly, which a two-colour marking cannot do. The price tiers next, which should be visible before you order. Reordering, because a headcount moves: with us it restarts from a single piece, with no minimum and no new proof to approve. And invoicing, which has to match the way you are organised — a single invoice, or one per department or per site.
The typical route for a corporate order: a quote within 24 working hours, a proof approved within 24 to 48 hours, then two to four weeks of production depending on the product and the volume, and around six working days for delivery. That is roughly five to six weeks in total, worth anticipating if the order is tied to a date — a conference, a trade show, a corporate race.
