Social budget and gifts to employees: what you need to know

Les cadeaux offerts aux salariés relèvent en général du budget des activités sociales et culturelles (ASC) du CSE. L'URSSAF admet, par tolérance, que les bons d'achat et cadeaux en nature attribués à l'occasion d'événements précis (Noël, rentrée scolaire, mariage…) soient exonérés de cotisations lorsque leur valeur reste sous un seuil fixé à 5 % du plafond mensuel de la Sécurité sociale par salarié, par événement et par année civile — vérifiez le montant en vigueur auprès de l'URSSAF. Gifts given to employees generally come out of the works council's social and cultural activities budget. In France, URSSAF accepts, as a tolerance, that vouchers and gifts in kind awarded for specific occasions (Christmas, back-to-school, a wedding, and so on) are exempt from contributions where their value stays below a threshold set at 5% of the monthly social security ceiling per employee, per occasion and per calendar year — check the amount currently in force with URSSAF. La facture reprend les mêmes mentions ; la TVA applicable s’ajoute en sus selon le pays de livraison et figure dès le devis, notre société étant établie en Bulgarie (UE). Une commande CSE est rarement uniforme : 120 sweats en 6 tailles, 40 polos femme, 15 vestes pour une équipe… Tout se panache dans une même commande, chaque produit suivant son palier de quantité. Nous fournissons un size guide et une méthode simple pour collecter les tailles des salariés sans erreur ; coupes homme et femme disponibles sur la plupart des produits. Voir la commande groupée.

A works council order is rarely uniform: 120 sweatshirts in 6 sizes, 40 women's polos, 15 jackets for one team… Everything can be mixed in a single order, each product following its own quantity tier. We provide a size guide and a simple method for collecting employees' sizes without mistakes; men's and women's cuts are available on most products. See group orders.

Fin d'année : quand lancer la commande ?

End of year: when should the order be placed?

La production prend 2 à 4 semaines après validation du bon à tirer. Pour une distribution aux fêtes de fin d'année, l'idéal est de faire voter le devis en septembre-octobre et de valider le BAT en octobre-novembre — la fin d'année est une période chargée. Pour un événement interne daté, appliquez le même rétro-planning. Voir les délais.

Production takes 2 to 4 weeks after proof approval. For a hand-out at the end-of-year celebrations, the ideal is to have the quote voted in September or October and to approve the proof in October or November — the end of the year is a busy period. How much does a custom jersey or T-shirt cost for a company?

Is VAT included in your prices?
No. All our prices exclude VAT: applicable VAT is added according to the country of delivery and shown in the quote and then on the invoice.
What lead time for a seminar or team-building event?
Allow 2 to 4 weeks of production after proof approval, then 6 working days for delivery in Europe. For a dated event, request your quote at least 6 to 7 weeks ahead. An express option is available on request, from 72 hours to 2 weeks depending on the product and quantity; the surcharge is shown in the quote.
Can products, sizes and cuts be mixed in one order?
Yes: T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts and jackets, kids’ sizes 4 to 14 and adult XS to 3XL, men’s and women’s cuts depending on the product. Each product follows its own price tier, counted per design.
Are textile gifts from a French works council (CSE) exempt from social charges?
In France, URSSAF accepts that gifts in kind linked to an event (Christmas, back to school…) are exempt below 5% of the monthly social security ceiling per employee and per event. Check the current amount with URSSAF; our price tiers help you stay within budget.
