A custom cycling jersey is a technical garment designed entirely around your club's or team's identity. At Flare, it is made using sublimation: colours, patterns, logo and sponsors are printed straight into the fibre, across the whole surface, with no added thickness — essential on a close-fitting, aerodynamic garment. The result is sharp and long-lasting, and stands up to sweat and washing, where a surface-applied marking eventually peels away.

La sublimation garantit un visuel durable, intégré à la fibre, qui ne s'écaille pas, même sur une tenue très moulante. Our cycling jerseys are made from technical fabrics designed for the bike: light, breathable, stretchy and aerodynamic. Sublimation guarantees a durable finish, embedded in the fibre, that will not flake, even on a very close-fitting garment. Lead times

La production standard prend 2 à 4 semaines après validation du bon à tirer (BAT). Pour une échéance serrée, l'option express réduit ce délai à 72 heures à 2 semaines, selon le produit et la charge de l'atelier. Le délai démarre à la validation du BAT. Standard production takes 2 to 4 weeks after proof approval. For a tight deadline, the express option cuts this to between 72 hours and 2 weeks, depending on the product and the workshop’s workload. The lead time starts once the proof is approved. Planning several weeks ahead of the season is still ideal. Full details on the lead times page.

Pricing

Le prix dépend du produit (le SM et le MC ont des tarifs distincts), de la quantité et de la personnalisation. Le tarif est dégressif par palier : plus la série est grande, plus le prix unitaire baisse, dès 1 pièce. La personnalisation par sublimation est incluse, sans supplément par couleur ; seules certaines options (création graphique, express) peuvent s'ajouter. The price depends on the product (short-sleeve and long-sleeve are priced separately), the quantity and the customisation. Pricing is tiered: the larger the run, the lower the unit price, from a single piece. C'est la première décision à prendre, car ce sont deux produits différents. Le maillot sans manches (SM) privilégie la ventilation et la liberté d'épaule, apprécié par temps chaud ou en effort intense. Le maillot manches courtes (MC) offre une couverture plus complète et un look plus classique. Les deux sont entièrement personnalisables en couleurs illimitées. Indiquez votre choix dès le départ : la coupe et le tarif diffèrent selon la version.

This is the first decision to make, because they are two different products. The sleeveless jersey favours ventilation and shoulder freedom, and is popular in hot weather or intense effort. The short-sleeved jersey offers fuller coverage and a more classic look. Both are fully customisable in unlimited colours. A cycling team does not have a single need. The rider covering 3,000 km a year and the one chasing a sportive podium are not after the same cut or the same fabric.
