Son tissu Air Mesh 115, un mesh micro-perforé de 115 g/m² seulement, laisse circuler l'air en continu et sèche très vite après une averse ou une grosse suée. Hiking is a prolonged effort: several hours of walking, ascent, a pack on your back and heat rising with the sun. This short-sleeve jersey was designed for exactly that. Its Air Mesh 115 fabric, a micro-perforated mesh of only 115 g/m², lets air circulate continuously and dries very fast after a shower or a heavy sweat. Dans une montée exigeante, on ouvre le zip pour évacuer la chaleur ; au sommet, quand le vent se lève, on le referme pour protéger la gorge. Le col montant zippé 1/4 offre ce réglage en un geste, sans s'arrêter. Le zip est central et court : il ne passe pas sous les bretelles du sac à dos, et son curseur se rabat à plat pour ne créer aucun point de frottement sous la sangle de poitrine.
On a demanding climb you open the zip to release heat; at the summit, when the wind picks up, you close it to protect your throat. The quarter-zip stand collar gives you that adjustment in one movement, without stopping. The zip is central and short: it does not sit under the pack's shoulder straps, and its pull folds flat so it creates no rub point under the chest strap.
