Kinetic 130 or Aero 140: which fabric should you choose for your jerseys?

These are the two main fabrics for our jerseys. Kinetic 130 is a smooth, dense 130 g/m² interlock: the standard, at the best price. Aero 140 is a 140 g/m² micro-perforated mesh, more breathable and more structured, designed for competition. For a thicker jersey, Aero 220 (220 g/m²) is also available. On a football jersey, the difference is €2 excl. VAT per piece from 20 pieces.

General advice: each product page shows the fabrics available for that model.

Jersey and shorts: keep the same fabric

Each fabric renders colour in its own way. If the jersey is Aero 140 and the shorts Kinetic 130, a slight shade difference is possible, and it is not a defect (T&Cs, art. 2.4). For a perfectly consistent kit, choose the same fabric for every piece.

What is the difference between Kinetic 130 and Aero 140?
Kinetic 130 is a smooth, dense 130 g/m² interlock, opaque and the most affordable. Aero 140 is a 140 g/m² micro-perforated mesh, highly breathable and more structured, designed for competition. Both are sublimated the same way.
Which fabric is cheaper?
Kinetic 130. Example: short-sleeve football jersey at €25.90 excl. VAT in Kinetic 130 versus €27.90 excl. VAT in Aero 140 from 20 pieces (catalogue price on 16/10/2026).
Which fabric for a match jersey?
Aero 140 for intense sports and heat, thanks to its micro-perforated mesh. Kinetic 130 remains a good choice for training, youth teams or a tight budget.
Are colours identical on both fabrics?
The sublimation is the same, but each fabric renders colour in its own way: a slight difference is possible between two fabrics. For a consistent kit, use the same fabric for jersey and shorts.
What is Aero 220?
The thicker version of Aero, at 220 g/m², offered wherever Aero 140 is, for €8 excl. VAT more per piece.
Can we see the fabric before ordering?
Yes: you can ask for a physical sample before the production run, as an option and on quote, to judge the material and real colours.
