Timing: for the new school year, approve the proof before the summer; for a gala, graduation or inter-school tournament, start the order 6 to 8 weeks before the date.

The timeline: order before summer for the new school year

Production takes 2 to 4 weeks after proof (BAT) approval, plus design and validation time. For kit handed out in September, the reliable plan is simple: design finalised in May–June, proof approved before the summer break, production over the summer, delivery before term starts. Summer is also the workshop's busiest period — the earlier you approve, the safer your slot. A mid-year deadline (district cross-country, tournament, gala) is planned the same way, backwards from the date. See turnaround times and when to order.

What budget, and how to fund it?

Pricing is tiered: a tee goes from €68.85 excl. VAT for one piece to €25.90 per 20 and €16.84 per 500; a short or bib drops to €12.94. Grouping needs (several classes, several sports) moves you up the tiers. The quote fits school funding channels — sports association budget, school cooperative funds, or family contributions via a group order — with a detailed quote and an invoice in the name of the institution or its supporting association. Full sublimation lets one design be declined at no extra cost: unlimited colours, the school crest, and a different mention per class, year group or section. Individual names and numbers are available for teams. Sizes run from kids to adults — useful from primary school to higher education — with a size guide to collect measurements class by class. Restocking from one year to the next

Every new school year brings new students: your design is archived and reproduced identically, with no new artwork or full proof cycle. How much does a custom class jersey cost?
Short-sleeve jersey or technical T-shirt: €32.38 excl. VAT for 10, €25.90 for 20, €24.61 for 50 and €22.02 for 100. Each student’s name and number are included, as are colours and logos.
Is there a minimum order for a class?
No, from 1 piece. The price drops by tier (10, 20, 50, 100 pieces…) and is counted per design: all the class jerseys, all sizes and names combined, count together.
Can each student order and pay individually?
Yes, with an online shop created free of charge by Flare Custom in the colours of the school or student union: everyone picks their size and name and pays online. Otherwise, the school or association pays the group order 100% on ordering.
When should we order for the new school year or a gala?
Allow 2 to 4 weeks of production after proof approval, plus 6 working days’ delivery in Europe. For the new school year, approve the proof before the summer; for a gala or graduation, start the order 6 to 8 weeks ahead.
Do you offer kids’ sizes for school sports teams?
Yes: kids’ sizes 4 to 14 and adult XS to 3XL, mixed in the same order and the same design.
Can we reorder the same kit the following year?
Yes. The approved file is kept: identical reorders from 1 piece, for a new pupil or a new class. Slight shade variations remain possible between two productions far apart.
