When should you order jerseys for the new season?

Order at least 8 weeks before the date the jerseys must be worn, and 10 to 12 weeks before for the September restart or end-of-season finals, our busiest periods. Production takes 2 to 4 weeks after the proof (BAT) is approved, plus the quote, the proof and delivery. In a hurry? An express option, from 72 hours to 2 weeks depending on the product and quantity, is possible on request.

Calendar

The months when you need to plan ahead

Two peaks come back every year: end-of-season finals and tournaments (May–June), which overlap with the first orders for the new season, and the high season from September to December (restart, leagues, end-of-year events). During these periods lead times can get longer: order earlier.

Stress-free

Six habits so you never run out of time

  • Gather the player list (names, numbers, sizes) before requesting the quote: see how to collect team sizes.
  • Give the date of your event before signing the quote (T&Cs, art. 4.4).
  • Pay when you sign: production starts once the proof is approved and payment received (100% with the order).
  • Approve the proof quickly: after 30 days without an answer the order is paused and restarting it is charged (T&Cs, art. 2.2 ter).
  • Order jerseys and shorts in the same fabric for consistent colours, and all at once.
  • Plan a few extra pieces for players joining mid-season, or a repeat order from 1 piece.

Standard production: an indicative date

In standard production, dates given are estimates, with no commitment on the date (T&Cs, article 4.4). If your date is fixed, give it before signing and ask for the express option: its lead time and surcharge are written on the quote. For a consumer, standard delivery happens at the latest 8 weeks after proof approval and payment, excluding carrier time.

Too tight?

Solutions when the date gets close

Express, on request

From 72 hours to 2 weeks depending on the product and quantity, on jerseys, t-shirts, classic shorts, rash guards, polos and sports bras. Surcharge shown on the quote. See express.

Prioritise match kit

Order match jerseys and shorts first, then sweatshirts, jackets and travel wear, which are not eligible for express.

Top up with a repeat order

A player joins mid-season? The same design can be reordered from 1 piece. Slight shade differences between two batches remain possible (T&Cs, art. 14.13).

What does the total lead time depend on?
Total time = quote + proof + production + delivery
