The club shop is an online shop in your club’s colours, created free of charge by Flare Custom. Players, parents and supporters order and pay for their own order online: the club buys no stock and advances nothing. You choose the products, the prices (with or without a margin for the club), the rules for names and numbers, and delivery to the club or to members’ homes.

An address in the club’s name and an A4 or A5 poster with a QR code, ready to print for the changing room.
Size, name, number: everyone customises and pays online by card.
As soon as a product reaches its threshold, or on the closing date, the batch goes into production in our workshop in Bulgaria (EU).
Grouped parcel to the club, or home delivery for those who chose it.
On the 10th of the following month, on orders delivered without a claim, from €50.
The club chooses how its shop works. Either way, each member pays for their whole order online.

No paid order is refunded on the grounds that the batch is not yet complete. Details: club shop terms, article 2.4.
Sell at Flare Custom’s price, or add your margin. With a margin, bank fees are shared equally; without a margin, Flare Custom pays them.
Five rules to choose from: free entry, unique number, closed player list, names approved by the club, or no customisation.
Reserve certain products for one team (seniors, youth, recreational) and organise the shop in ranges.
Pick-up at the club (grouped parcel, shipping contribution per piece shown in the basket) and/or home delivery (actual shipping price by country).

Prices shown to members include all taxes: the VAT applied and the exact price, delivery included, are shown before payment. Name, number and size are printed exactly as entered; a mistake can be corrected before production by replying to the confirmation e-mail.
Customised items are neither taken back nor exchanged, except for a defect. Consumer buyers keep the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity; claims go through the “Report a problem” module or support@flare-custom.com. See warranty and after-sales.
