What are the manufacturing steps?

Le parcours est simple et balisé. D'abord la création du design — par vous dans le configurateur, à partir d'un visuel d'IA recréé, ou par notre studio. Ensuite la préparation du fichier d'impression et la validation par bon à tirer (BAT). Puis la sublimation, qui transfère le design dans la fibre. Vient la confection (découpe et couture des pièces). Enfin le contrôle et l'expédition avec suivi en Europe. Voir commande pour le déroulé côté client.

The path is simple and signposted. First, creating the design — by you in the configurator, from AI artwork recreated by us, or by our studio. Then preparing the print file and approving the proof. Then sublimation, which transfers the design into the fibre. Next comes making up (cutting and sewing the pieces). Finally, inspection and tracked dispatch across Europe. What is made-to-order production?

It means nothing is made in advance: every piece is produced once your order is confirmed and paid. This model avoids stock and unsold goods, and makes made-to-measure possible from 1 piece. It is what makes complete customisation possible with no minimum order, and it serves designers and brands ideally. See selling your designs.

Pourquoi le bon à tirer (BAT) est-il important ?

Why does the proof matter?

Parce qu'il vous donne le dernier mot avant la fabrication. Le BAT est la représentation de votre maillot validé : vous y vérifiez les couleurs, le placement du logo, les noms et numéros. Vous pouvez demander des ajustements, puis valider. La production ne démarre qu'après cette validation, ce qui évite les mauvaises surprises. Le BAT est lancé une fois la commande confirmée. Because it gives you the final say before production. The proof is the representation of your approved jersey: you check the colours, the logo placement, the names and numbers. You can request adjustments, then approve. Production starts only after that approval, which avoids nasty surprises. The proof is issued once the order is confirmed. See ordering.

How long does production take?

Comptez 2 à 4 semaines après validation du BAT, ou 72 heures à 2 semaines en express selon le produit et la charge de l'atelier. À cela s'ajoute, en amont, le temps de création et de validation du design, variable selon votre projet. Plus votre brief est clair, plus l'ensemble est rapide. Voir lead times.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks after proof approval, or 72 hours to 2 weeks with express, depending on the product and the workshop's workload. Prices and payment
Prices shown excluding VAT, VAT according to the delivery country. 100% payment with the order, by card or bank transfer; 5% off complete kits (top + bottom of the same sport) from 5 kits: at least 5 tops and 5 bottoms.
