For an accurate quote first time, send 8 items: products and quantities, the player list (names, numbers, sizes), your logos ideally in vector format, your colours (Pantone codes if you have them), your design or idea, the target date, the delivery address and your contact details. With a complete request, the free quote arrives within 48 working hours.
The price depends on the product and quantity, never on the number of colours, logos, names or numbers: all of that is included. Tick as you go: when everything is green, your request is complete.
It is the most important part of the file: we print exactly what you send. A simple table is enough, one line per player: name as it should appear, number, size, and the items concerned (jersey, shorts…).
Each piece can carry its own name and number, free and non-sequential numbers included, at no extra cost. Say where you want them (back, front, shorts).
We can reproduce your visual, even a poor-quality one. The format you send only determines the design work needed.

A PANTONE code binds Flare Custom only if it is written on the signed quote. Given after signature or only in a message, it does not count: colours are then reproduced as close as possible to the visual supplied (T&Cs, art. 2.4). Even when written, a Pantone is a matching reference: it renders differently on paper and on fabric.
Screens display in RGB (light), printing uses inks (CMYK): some very bright screen colours look duller once printed, and a ±10% tolerance applies. Fluorescent colours are only possible if a fluorescent Pantone reference is written on the quote. To see the real result before the run, ask for a physical sample (optional). See colours and Pantone.
Give the event date before signing: in standard production the date is indicative, and for a fixed date, ask for the express option (on request). See when to order.
