Switzerland is not part of the European Union: every parcel goes through customs on arrival. Nothing complicated, but three points are worth knowing.
We attach the export documents customs ask for to the parcel: invoice and description of the items.
Customs duties, import VAT and any clearance fees charged by the carrier are paid by the recipient. They are settled on delivery, on top of the quoted amount.
Customs clearance can lengthen transit: keep some margin before a match or race date.
