To order a club's jerseys online you need a design (free 3D configurator or a quote), a quote received within 48 working hours, the player list with names, numbers and sizes, online payment of 100% of the order, then approval of the proof. Production then takes 2 to 4 weeks in Europe, plus about 6 working days of delivery. From 1 piece, no minimum.

Every step happens online, with its real duration. You stay in control up to the proof: nothing is produced before you approve it.
Build the kit in the 3D configurator, free and without an account, or describe it to the AI. You can also fill in the quote form and attach your logo or a simple photo: our studio prepares the design.
A written quote, product by product, with the quantity tier, any design fee and delivery. Prices exclude VAT, which is added according to the delivery country.
For each player: the size and, if you wish, the name and number. A simple spreadsheet is enough; the configurator also imports a CSV file, and the group order lets each player enter their own size.
In your customer area: you sign the quote and pay 100% of the order, by card or bank transfer (transfer required above €8,000 excl. VAT). Payment starts the preparation of the proof.
The proof shows the exact result for every piece: colours, logos, sponsors, names and numbers. 2 to 3 rounds of corrections are included depending on the design package. Nothing is produced without your approval.
Full-sublimation printing and sewing in our workshop in Bulgaria (EU). An express option is possible, from 72 hours to 2 weeks depending on the product and quantity, on request; the surcharge is shown on the quote.
Shipped by DHL or FedEx with a tracking number, in about 6 working days in Europe once production is finished.
The club's design is kept on file: a new player or a damaged jersey can be reordered identically, from 1 piece, without redoing any file.

Six items are enough. Gathering them before the request avoids back-and-forth and saves one to two weeks.
Name, number and size of each player, children (4 to 14 years) and adults (XS to 3XL) mixed. Check the spelling: that is what will be printed.
Ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). A PNG, a photo or an AI-made visual also works: our team reworks it.
One file per sponsor and the position you want (chest, back, sleeve). Sponsor logos are included, at no extra cost.
The club's Pantone references if you have them; otherwise an old jersey or a reference photo. Unlimited colours in sublimation.
Jerseys, shorts, tracksuits… Prices drop by tier (1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces), per product and per identical design.
The date the team must play and the delivery address: they set the schedule and the shipping.
You don't need the sizes for the quote: one quantity per product is enough. Sizes, names and numbers are requested with the order, before the proof. To avoid mistakes: size guide and taking a team's sizes.
Allow about five to six weeks between the quote request and delivery with the standard lead time, including one to two weeks to collect the sizes on the club side.
