How much does it cost to kit out your club for the season?

The simulator works it out in one minute: your teams, the kit you want and your income (sponsors, grants, contributions from families) give you the order cost excluding VAT, the cost per player per season and what is left to fund. Depending on the items chosen, our three sample budgets range from €49.91 to €147.59 excl. VAT per player per season.

The calculation

How the simulator calculates your prices

It applies the site’s public prices excluding VAT and the cart rules, which our server recalculates on every order. The full grid for each product is on the trade and volume pricing page.

  • One price per design. The price per piece drops over 8 tiers: 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces. Quantity is counted per product and per identical design, all sizes together, adults and children combined: different names and numbers do not break the tier.
  • 1 or 2 pieces cost a little more. 1 piece costs the tier-1 price plus 18.15%, 2 pieces plus 9%; from 3 to 4 pieces it is the tier-1 price.
  • −5% on full kits. From 5 kits for the same sport, i.e. at least 5 tops and 5 bottoms, all those items get 5% off. The simulator applies it automatically.
  • What is added. Delivery, a design fee if your artwork needs reworking (included for a design made in the 3D configurator), 5% on sizes 3XL to 5XL, and VAT, charged on top depending on the delivery country.

Is the simulator amount the same as my quote?
For the products, yes: the same public prices of the day, the same tiers and the same discount as the site’s cart, which our server recalculates when you order. The official quote uses your exact quantities and sizes; you receive it within 48 working hours.
Do we need a different design for each team?
No. If all your teams wear the same design, their items are added together to reach a higher quantity tier. If each team has its own colours or sponsors, each variation counts as a separate batch: choose “One design per team” to price it.
Are names, numbers and sponsor logos extra?
No. Everything is sublimation printed: names, numbers (even out of sequence) and sponsor logos are included in the price, with no extra charge per piece or per logo.
How long before the season should we order?
Production takes 2 to 4 weeks after the proof (BAT) is approved, then allow for delivery, 6 working days in Europe. Express option available, from 72 hours to 2 weeks depending on the product and quantity, on request; the surcharge is shown on the quote. See when to order your jerseys.
A player joins mid-season: how do we kit them out?
We make their kit from 1 piece, in the same design, with their name and number. Allow for the small-quantity price, and a slight shade difference is possible between two production batches.
How is the order paid?
100% when ordering, on signing the quote, by card or bank transfer; above €8,000 excl. VAT, by bank transfer. There is no deposit: plan your cash flow for the order date, not for delivery.
