The 100 questions we get asked

We make your jerseys and kits from 1 piece, in full sublimation, in our workshop in Bulgaria (EU). Allow 2 to 4 weeks of production after the proof is approved, with 100% payment at order. Here are our short answers to the 100 questions we are asked most, sorted into 13 topics.

Orders and quotes

From your first quote to tracking your order.

Go further

How do I get a free quote?

Fill in the quote form, or add your products to the basket and request a quote for the whole basket. The quote is free, with no commitment, and detailed product by product. You receive it within 48 working hours of a complete request.

Request a quote Copy link

Can I order online directly, without a quote?

Yes. On every product page and in the 3D configurator, the price updates live with the quantity, and you can order online from 1 piece. If you would rather have us price your project, quote requests are also open from 1 piece.

3D configurator Catalogue Copy link

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No: we make from 1 piece, with no minimum per model or per size. The unit price then drops in quantity tiers. Only resellers have a minimum: 5 pieces per model.

Minimum order Small quantities Copy link

What should I send to get an accurate quote?

The products and quantities, your logos (vector if possible), your colours or Pantone codes, your design or idea, the target date, the delivery address and your contact details. You do not need exact sizes to get a price: an estimated quantity per product is enough. The player list (names, numbers, sizes) must be complete before the proof.

Perfect quote checklist Copy link

How long is a quote valid?

15 days from the date it is sent. Once the quote is signed, prices are guaranteed if production can start within 60 days. Beyond that, if the delay is on the customer side (files, proof or payment pending), the price may be revised (terms and conditions, article 2.2 bis).

Terms and conditions Copy link

How does an order work, step by step?

You create your design or request a quote, you sign and pay online, we prepare the proof (BAT), you approve it, we manufacture, then we ship with tracking. Production only starts once you have approved the proof.

Ordering in 8 steps Copy link

Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as the proof is not approved: names, numbers, text, colours and logo positions are corrected during the proof rounds. A major change after the quote is signed (new design, logos not supplied at the start) becomes a new brief, charged according to the work. Once the proof is approved, no further changes are possible.

Terms and conditions Copy link

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before the proof is approved: the order is refunded minus handling fees (€10 for a bank transfer; 2.5% + €10 for a SEPA-zone card, 5% + €10 outside the SEPA zone). If a proof has already been sent, the design work is not refunded. After the proof is approved, production starts and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Terms and conditions Copy link

How do I follow the progress of my order?

In your client area: quotes, proofs to approve, production, shipping with tracking number, and invoices. Your access is e-mailed to you with your first quote or your first order. The 3D configurator itself works without an account.

Prices

What it costs, what is included, what can be added.

Go further

How much does a custom jersey cost?

The price depends on the product and the quantity, never on the design. Example, short-sleeve football jersey in Kinetic 130 fabric: €68.85 excl. VAT for a single piece, €32.38 from 10 pieces, €25.90 from 20 and €16.84 from 500 (catalogue price on 16/10/2026). The exact price is on your quote.

Volume prices Copy link

How do volume discounts work?

The price drops across 8 tiers: 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces; above 500, price on quote. Quantity is counted per product and per identical design, all sizes together: different names and numbers do not break the tier. However, two different designs or colourways are not added together.

Volume prices Copy link

How much does a full team kit cost?

Example priced on 16/10/2026: 15 football jerseys and 15 shorts in Kinetic 130, fully customised, come to €815.95 excl. VAT after the full-kit discount, about €54.40 excl. VAT per player. Delivery is extra (€29.50 excl. VAT for these 30 pieces to Ireland). Matching socks are priced on quote.

Club kit budget Copy link

Do one or two pieces cost more?

Yes, a little: 1 piece is the tier-1 price plus 18.15%, 2 pieces plus 9%, and 3 to 4 pieces are at the tier-1 price. For the football jersey: €68.85 excl. VAT for 1 piece, €63.51 excl. VAT each for 2, €58.27 excl. VAT for 3 to 4. Same fabric, same sublimation and same proof as a club order.

Small quantities Copy link

What is included in the price?

Full sublimation with unlimited colours, logos and sponsors, names and numbers (even out of sequence), with no extra cost per piece. The proof is included, and so is the artwork preparation of a design made in the 3D configurator. Delivery is extra and, depending on your project, a design package or options.

Names and numbers Copy link

Are there discounts for clubs?

Yes: 5% off full kits (top + bottom of the same sport) from 5 kits, meaning at least 5 tops and 5 bottoms. This discount comes on top of the volume prices. The same price grid applies to all direct customers: clubs, associations, companies and individuals.

Jersey + shorts kit Copy link

What costs can be added to the product price?

Delivery, calculated on weight and destination, and a design package if your artwork needs rework. Optional, on request: custom labels (€2 excl. VAT per piece) and an individual named bag (€1 excl. VAT per piece). Want photos of your order before it ships? The pre-shipping photo report costs €149 excl. VAT (up to 10 photos) or €249 excl. VAT (with 2 short videos), to be requested with the quote.

Volume prices Copy link

What is the design package, and how much does it cost?

It is the work our designers do to make your artwork printable. Design made in the 3D configurator: included. Print-ready file: printed as is, with a recommended file check (€25 excl. VAT, or €50 excl. VAT for a thorough check). AI-generated image: €50, €150 or €500 excl. VAT depending on the rework; creation by our studio: €95, €225 or €500 excl. VAT.

Lead times

Production, express and planning, to be ready on the day.

Go further

What is the production lead time?

2 to 4 weeks after the proof (BAT) is approved, depending on the product, the quantity and the workshop load. Delivery time is added afterwards. Your quote confirms the lead time planned for your order.

Production lead times Copy link

When does the production lead time start?

When the proof is approved and payment is received, not when you first contact us. The quote, the design and the proof come before. To save time, send print-ready files and the complete player list, then approve the proof quickly.

Production lead times Copy link

How much time should I allow in total?

4 to 8 weeks between a complete request and receipt: quote within 48 working hours, proof, 2 to 4 weeks of production, then 3 to 7 working days of delivery in Europe. For a club, also allow 1 to 2 weeks to collect the players' sizes.

When to order Copy link

Is there an express option?

Yes. Express option possible, from 72 hours to 2 weeks depending on the product and quantity, on request; the surcharge is shown on the quote. Give your date in the quote request: we tell you straight away what the workshop can do.

Express option Copy link

Which products can be made express?

Jerseys (short sleeve, long sleeve, sleeveless, goalkeeper), t-shirts, classic shorts, rash guards, polos and sports bras. Cycling, triathlon, swimwear, sweatshirts, jackets, trousers and leggings stay in standard production. An order mixing both is split into two separate quotes, each with its own delivery.

Express option Copy link

When should I order jerseys for the new season or a tournament?

At least 8 weeks before the date the jerseys must be worn, and 10 to 12 weeks before for the September season start or the May-June finals, our busiest periods. For September, ideally request the quote in May or June, and early July at the latest.

When to order Copy link

Is the delivery date guaranteed?

In standard production, no: the dates given are indicative (terms and conditions, article 4.4). If your date is a must, state it before signing the quote and ask for the express option: its conditions are written on the quote. For a consumer, standard delivery takes place no later than 8 weeks after proof approval and payment, excluding carrier time.

Proof and approval

The proof (BAT): your check before anything is made.

Go further

What is a proof (BAT)?

The proof (BAT, French for "bon à tirer") is the final visual of your order: design, colours, logos, sponsors, names, numbers and positions, piece by piece. It is systematic and included: nothing is made without your approval. Once approved, it is the reference for production and for any claim.

Glossary Copy link

How soon do I receive the proof?

Within 48 h* of receiving all the elements: payment, files, list of names, numbers and sizes. * Our workshop's usual lead time. In peak season it may be slightly longer.

Ordering in 8 steps Copy link

How many corrections are included on the proof?

It depends on the design package: 2 rounds with the classic package or the €50 and €150 excl. VAT AI packages, 3 with the Standard studio creation. Simple changes (colours, text, names, numbers, logo positions, spelling) are included in these rounds. Beyond that, each simple change costs €50 excl. VAT; a major change requires a new package.

Terms and conditions Copy link

Where and how do I approve the proof?

In your client area, under "My proofs": every area of the garment is shown, you pin your comments directly on the area concerned, then approve in one click. Before approving, have two people check the spelling of names, the numbers (no duplicates), sizes, logos and colours.

Client area Copy link

What happens if I do not reply to the proof?

Without a written reply from you within 15 days, the proof is deemed approved and production can start (terms and conditions, article 2.3). If a request needed for the order (elements, approval, payment) gets no reply for 30 days, the order is put on hold: restarting it costs 10% of the amount excl. VAT (minimum €30 excl. VAT) and lead times start again from zero.

Terms and conditions Copy link

Will the colours on screen be identical on the fabric?

Not exactly: a screen displays in RGB (light), printing uses inks, and some very bright screen colours look duller once printed. A tolerance of ±10% applies compared with the proof. For a precise colour, give a Pantone reference written on the quote, or ask to see a real piece before the run.

Colours and Pantone Copy link

Can I see a real piece before launching the run?

Yes. The prototype is a first piece in your design, charged at the single-piece price: 50% of it is refunded if you then order 10 pieces or more in the same design, and 100% from 100 pieces (excluding the design package and shipping). You can also ask for a physical test sample, on quote, which adds about 5 to 10 working days.

Products, fabrics and manufacturing

What we make, with which fabrics, and where.

Go further

Which products and which sports do you cover?

More than 40 disciplines, from team sports to individual sports: jerseys, shorts, jackets, tracksuits, sweatshirts, polos, cycling shorts, swimwear and supporter accessories (flags, scarves, pennants…). The reversible basketball jersey is available, price on quote. For a product outside the catalogue (cotton, embroidery, cap…), send us the exact product, the material, the quantity and your date: we will look into it.

All sports Catalogue Copy link

Which fabrics do you use?

The two main fabrics of our jerseys are Kinetic 130 (smooth, dense interlock, 130 g/m², the standard) and Aero 140 (micro-perforated mesh, 140 g/m²); Aero 220 exists for a thicker jersey. Depending on the product and the sport, many other fabrics are available: AirKnit 140, Performance Mesh, StretchCore 240, Track Pro 250, Softshell, ThermoGrip, SwimCore, Cotton Touch, Premium Piqué… Each product page shows the fabrics available.

Our fabrics Copy link

Kinetic 130 or Aero 140: which should I choose?

Aero 140, more breathable, for matches, heat and intense sports; Kinetic 130, opaque and the most affordable, for training, youth teams or a tight budget. On a football jersey, the difference is €2 excl. VAT per piece from 20 pieces (€25.90 vs €27.90 excl. VAT). Use the same fabric for jersey and shorts: two different fabrics can give a slight difference in shade.

Kinetic 130 or Aero 140 Copy link

What is sublimation, and does it survive washing?

In sublimation, the ink turns into gas under heat and penetrates the polyester fibre: the colour becomes part of the fabric, with no layer on the surface. It does not crack, peel or wash out, and it allows unlimited colours over the whole surface.

Sublimation Copy link

Are your fabrics certified, recycled or UV-protective?

Our garments are made in the European Union, in line with the applicable European regulations. We do not display labels or certifications we could not back up in detail, and the UV-protective properties of some fabrics are described qualitatively, without a certified index. Do you have a specific requirement (recycled material, certification)? Ask with your quote: we will answer honestly.

Responsible approach Copy link

Where are your products made?

In our workshop in Bulgaria, inside the European Union: printing, sublimation, cutting, sewing and inspection. Every order is made to order, from 1 piece, with no stock.

European manufacturing Copy link

How do you check quality?

Every order is inspected before shipping, large runs included: match with the approved proof (colours, logos, names, numbers), print quality, seams and finishing. The proof you approve sets the reference to be met.

Quality control Copy link

What is your environmental approach?

It rests on three concrete facts: we make to order, with no stock or unsold items; we manufacture in Europe for European customers, which shortens distances; and sublimation gives durable garments that need replacing less often. We prefer these facts to figures we could not back up.

Sizes and fits

Choosing the right sizes, for one player or a whole team.

Go further

Which sizes do you offer?

Kids from 4 to 14 years and adults from XS to 3XL; 4XL and 5XL exist only if the product page offers them. Kids and adults mix freely in the same order and the same design; sizes 3XL to 5XL carry a 5% surcharge. Some accessories (flags, scarves, towels…) are one size.

Size guide Copy link

Do you offer men's, women's and kids' fits?

Yes, on most products: you choose the fit on the product page, and each fit has its own size chart. Only the fits shown on the product page are available for that model.

Women's kits Copy link

Where can I find the size guide?

On every product page, with measurements in centimetres (A = width, B = length, C = sleeve), and on the Size guide page, which gathers the charts. Compare real measurements rather than the size you usually wear; between two sizes, take the larger one for a contact sport and the smaller one for a close fit.

Size guide Copy link

How do I collect the sizes of a whole team?

The most reliable way: measure flat a garment that fits each player well and compare it with the product chart. Then gather everything in a table (name, number, size), or use the group order: each player enters their size from their own link.

Sizing a whole team Copy link

Can we try sizes on before ordering?

Yes, for team orders: a set of size samples can be sent to you to settle the size split before production. It involves a contribution to shipping costs and a deposit refunded when the samples come back; these costs can be covered depending on the order volume.

Size guide Copy link

What if I get the size wrong?

A customised item is not taken back or exchanged for a sizing mistake on your side: tell us immediately, because before production starts it can often be corrected. Otherwise, a new piece can be made from 1 piece, in the same design.

Warranty and after-sales Copy link

Is a made-to-measure or adjusted fit possible?

For large runs, fit adjustments can be studied: mention it in your quote request. For other orders, you choose from the fits and sizes offered on each product page.

Customisation and files

Design, colours, names, numbers, logos: everything you can do.

Go further

What can be customised?

The whole garment, front, back and sleeves: unlimited colours, gradients, all-over patterns, logos, sponsors, names, numbers and text. Sublimation prints everything into the fibre, with no colour limit and no extra cost for the number of colours.

Customisation Copy link

How does the 3D configurator work?

It is free, with no account and nothing to install, on computer and phone, in 6 languages. You colour each panel with Pantone references, add patterns, logos, names and numbers at their real size in centimetres, or let the AI compose a design from one sentence. The price excl. VAT updates live, then you order or download a PDF quote.

3D configurator Copy link

Can you create the design for me?

Yes: our studio designs your kit from your colours, your logo and your inspirations, and presents it to you on the proof. Three levels: Standard (€95 excl. VAT), Intermediate (€225 excl. VAT, closer fidelity) and Maximum fidelity (€500 excl. VAT, full redraw).

Design studio Copy link

Can I start from an AI-generated image?

Yes, send your visual flat: the artwork alone, not placed on a jersey or shown as a 3D render. An AI image cannot be printed as is: our designers bring it to the right resolution (€50 excl. VAT), correct text and inconsistencies (€150 excl. VAT) or rework it completely (€500 excl. VAT).

AI design Copy link

Can you reproduce an existing jersey?

Yes, even from simple photos. Everything is printed: gradients, textures, embroidered, metallic or camo looks are reproduced in print, with no real embroidery, glitter, rhinestones or raised effect. You must hold the rights to what you send: registered elements (brand, licensed crest, character) cannot be reproduced without permission; simply remove them.

Logos and sponsors Copy link

Can each jersey have a different name and number?

Yes, every piece can have its own name and number, out-of-sequence numbers included, at no extra cost. Send the list (name, number, size) in a table, or import it as a CSV file in the configurator. By default, names are printed in capitals without accents: ask in writing before the proof if you want lower case or accents.

Names and numbers Copy link

How many sponsor logos can we add?

As many as you need, front, back and sleeves, at no extra cost. Sublimated into the fibre, they do not peel or crack. Send one file per sponsor with the position you want.

Logos and sponsors Copy link

How do we get the club's exact colours?

Give your Pantone references and have them written on the quote: a code only counts if it appears on the signed quote, otherwise colours are matched as closely as possible to the visual supplied. A Pantone code remains a matching reference, because it renders differently on paper and on fabric. Neon colours are possible with a neon Pantone reference, but they do not glow in the dark.

Colours and Pantone Copy link

Can the small Flare Custom logo be removed?

Yes. A small FLARE CUSTOM logo is placed by default; for pieces without our logo, add 5% to the product price. For labels with your name or your own brand, see our white-label offer.

White label Copy link

Which files should I send for my logo?

Ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, vector PDF or SVG): it scales up without losing sharpness. Otherwise, a high-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi at print size), a photo or a screenshot will do: our studio reworks the logo, even a poor-quality one, with a package matched to the work.

Preparing your file Copy link

How do I send you my files?

Directly in the quote form, by e-mail to devis@flare-custom.com, or via a sharing link (WeTransfer, Drive…) for large files. Does your designer want to work at the right dimensions? We send the template of the chosen product on request.

Request a quote Copy link

Does my design belong to me? Can it be used for another customer?

Your name, logo and crest, and those of your sponsors, remain your property: we never reuse them for another customer. Designs created with our configurator or by our studio remain the property of Flare Custom and may be adapted for others, unless you ask for exclusivity (fee on quote, written agreement).

Delivery

Where, how fast and at what cost we deliver.

Go further

Where do you deliver?

Worldwide, with DHL and a tracking number. Within the European Union there are no customs duties, as we ship from Bulgaria. Outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom…), customs duties, taxes and import fees are paid by the customer on delivery.

Delivery Copy link

How long does delivery take?

About 6 working days in Europe, 3 to 7 days depending on the zone, once production and inspection are finished. Delivery time is therefore added to the production lead time.

Delivery Copy link

How much is shipping?

It depends on weight, volume and destination, and the exact amount is on your quote. We charge it at the carrier's price, with no margin. Example: €29.50 excl. VAT for 30 pieces delivered to Ireland (priced on 16/10/2026).

Delivery Copy link

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as it ships, you receive the tracking number by e-mail; it is also shown in your client area, with the carrier's name. This applies to every order, whether it comes from a quote or from the website basket.

Client area Copy link

Can you deliver to several addresses or countries?

Yes, for example to the club and to a sponsor, or to several sites and countries. Give the split of quantities in your quote request.

Delivery Copy link

Can you ship in a plain parcel, directly to my customer?

Yes: a plain parcel, with no mention of Flare Custom and no commercial document in our name, shipped directly to your end customer if you wish. An inner label and packaging with your brand are possible on quote.

Plain-parcel delivery Copy link

Is shipping insured?

The carrier is liable for loss and damage within the limits of its legal liability. To be covered up to the declared value of your products (loss, theft, breakage), you can take out all-risk transport insurance, on quote (terms and conditions, article 4.6).

Payment and invoice

When and how to pay, and what the invoice shows.

Go further

When is the order paid? Is a deposit required?

Payment is 100% at order, when the quote is signed, for all customers: individuals, clubs, associations, companies and resellers. There is no deposit and no payment on invoice by default. Another payment schedule is only possible on request, after reviewing your file.

Volume prices Copy link

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), with secure Stripe payment, and bank transfer. Above €8,000 excl. VAT, payment must be made by bank transfer. PayPal is not available.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

Prices excl. VAT, with VAT added according to the delivery country. Your quote shows the exact amount to pay.

Volume prices Copy link

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, an official invoice issued by OLB Sports OOD, with our EU VAT number, sent by e-mail and available in your client area. It works for the accounts of clubs, associations and companies, and for grant applications. A single central invoice or one invoice per entity is possible on request.

The company Copy link

Can each player pay for their own kit?

Yes, in two ways. With a group order, each player pays their share from their own link and the club receives a single consolidated order. With the club shop, each member orders and pays online themselves, with no cash advance for the club.

Group order Club shop Copy link

Is online payment secure?

Yes: card payment goes through a PCI-DSS certified platform, with SSL/TLS encryption and 3D Secure authentication. Flare Custom does not store any bank data on its servers.

After-sales, warranty and returns

What to do if something goes wrong, and what is covered.

Go further

Can a customised item be returned?

Not for a simple change of mind: an item made in your colours, with your logo, name or number, is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, terms and conditions article 8.2). However, if there is a defect or a mismatch with the proof, our warranties fully apply.

Right of withdrawal Copy link

How do I report a problem with my order?

In your client area, under "My orders", use the "Report a problem" button: items concerned, type of problem, 2 to 6 photos and a short comment. Otherwise, e-mail support@flare-custom.com with the order number and the photos. Claims sent by phone, by messaging app or to another address are not processed.

Warranty and after-sales Copy link

What is the deadline to make a claim?

Business customers: 7 days after delivery for a visible defect or non-conformity, 3 days for a damaged parcel. Consumers: 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, but report the problem as early as possible.

Warranty and after-sales Copy link

My parcel arrived damaged: what should I do?

Refuse the parcel, or accept it while writing precise reservations on the driver's delivery slip ("subject to unpacking" is not enough), then take photos of the parcel and the products. Then report it within 3 days with the "Report a problem" button.

Warranty and after-sales Copy link

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, to match the approved proof: consumers have the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, and all customers a 30-day commercial warranty on hidden defects (seam giving way, abnormal fading, peeling). If the mistake is ours, we remake the pieces concerned and ship them again at our expense, or refund them.

Warranty and after-sales Copy link

What is not considered a defect?

A colour difference of up to ±10% compared with the proof, the difference between screen and fabric, a different shade between two fabrics, placement within ±5 mm or dimensions within ±3%. An error present on the approved proof, normal wear or care instructions not followed (washing above 40 °C, tumble dryer, bleach) are not covered either.

Warranty and after-sales Copy link

How should sublimated kit be washed?

Machine wash at low temperature (30 °C recommended, 40 °C maximum), inside out, on a gentle cycle, with ordinary detergent. No bleach, no tumble dryer, and no ironing on the print; dry in the open air, away from direct sunlight.

Care Copy link

What if we disagree?

We handle every claim in good faith and look for an amicable solution first. If the disagreement continues, consumers can use consumer mediation free of charge: the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection or a body in their own country, via the European Consumer Centres network (terms and conditions, article 12).

Clubs and associations

Kitting out a team, the club shop, mid-season reorders.

Go further

What do you offer clubs?

Complete packs in the same design (jersey, shorts, socks, goalkeeper kit, tracksuit, jacket, sweatshirt), volume prices and the full-kit discount. Reorders are possible from 1 piece all season, and the club shop lets your members order for themselves.

Club packs Kitting out your club Copy link

What is the club shop?

An online shop in the club's colours, created free of charge by Flare Custom: players, parents and supporters order and pay for themselves, and the club buys no stock. The club chooses the products, the prices (with or without a margin), the rules for names and numbers, and delivery. Its commission is paid on the 10th of the following month, from €50.

Club shop Copy link

A player joins mid-season: what do we do?

We make their jersey as a single piece, with their name and number, in the same design as the rest of the team. A slight difference in shade between two production batches remains possible (terms and conditions, article 14.13).

Mid-season reorders Copy link

How long do you keep the club's design?

We keep the proofs and production files for 12 months after delivery or after the last reorder of the same design: each reorder restarts this period. To keep them longer, ask in writing for an extension before the deadline (€25 excl. VAT per year and per order). After that period, new artwork preparation may be needed.

Terms and conditions Copy link

Can we order for several teams or sections?

Yes, in a single order: the same design adapted for each team, with different colours, sponsors or text, without starting from scratch. Each variant counts as a separate batch for the price tiers.

Kitting out a league Copy link

Can sponsors pay for the jerseys?

Yes, many clubs cover part or all of their kit thanks to their partners, who gain visibility on the jersey, the shorts or the jacket. Our guide to sponsor funding explains how to go about it.

Do you kit out sports events?

Yes: event kits, volunteer outfits, team or finisher t-shirts, for races, tournaments and company events. Large runs are possible, with staggered deliveries if needed.

Can you manufacture for my own brand?

Yes, under white label, from 1 piece: your products carry your brand, not ours, with an inner label possible. Designs you create yourself for your brand belong to you, and prices follow our volume price grid.

Is Flare Custom reliable? What do customers say?

Our customers rate us 4.8/5 from more than 250 reviews collected from them, and we have more than 300 customers: clubs, associations, federations, agencies, companies and individuals. On the order side, you receive a written quote, you pay securely, and nothing is made before you approve the proof.

Do you work with companies, works councils and esports teams?

Yes: team and team-building outfits, esports jerseys, event textiles, corporate gifts and promotional textiles, with the same unlimited customisation. The invoice is issued in your organisation's name, and each employee can also order their own size through an online shop.

Can you produce large orders?

Yes: the same production line makes a single piece and runs of several thousand pieces. Prices are published up to 500 pieces; beyond that, and for event kits or multi-year orders, the terms (prices, lead times, reorders) are set in a dedicated quote. A single contact follows you from brief to shipping, with staggered deliveries if needed.
